The REID Systems Solution Room has provided a big impact for many spa owners. This idea is not our own, so we cannot take credit for it. The thought was suggested by a customer who thought it would be a great idea to market our tubs, tops and Vichy Showers to the industry as one package. The reason was that if a spa was able to incorporate these three main features into one room, they would not have to build two wet rooms to house the equipment. The cost of floor drains and tiling would be cut in half and the additional space could be utilized for other popular dry services if so desired. Pow! This hit us over the head like a two by four. Boy... did we see the light! Since then, we introduced this concept to the market, many other manufacturers were soon to follow with their own versions of this idea. We literally took our customers idea which soon proved to change the hydrotherapy and spa industry in a big way.
